- MEJESTI IS UNABLE TO CHANGE ANY SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED AT THE TIME THE ORDER WAS ORIGINALLY PLACED.
- MEJESTI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LAST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN IN TRANSIT.ALL RISK ASSOCIATED ARE ASSUMED BY THE COURIER.
- IF THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE DELIVERED TO THE GIVEN SHIPPING ADDRESS DUE TO ( INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER, OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS, ABSENT RECEIVER,) OR IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSES TO COLLECT THE PACKAGE, THE PACKAGE WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX THE PACKAGE MAY HAVE INCURRED; THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL OF THE ORDER TO BE REFUNDED.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN, PLEASE SUBMIT A REQUEST AT RETURNS@MEJESTI.COM. MEJESTI ALLOWS EXCHANGE AND RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S).
ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL/SALE-ABLE CONDITION, UNWORN, UNDAMAGED AND UNWASHED WITH ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ANY RETURN.
IF ITEM(S) DO NOT FIT THESE REQUIREMENTS, IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT HIS/HER EXPENSE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DETERMINE IF RETURNED MERCHANDISE IS IN SALE-ABLE CONDITION.
EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE ONLY FOR THE SAME ARTICLE IN A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR.
IF THE ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT STYLE, PLEASE FOLLOW OUR STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S) FOR A REFUND, AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE STYLE PREFERRED.
